Exactly 20-years after I started my first full-time job as a Designer, I founded
Studio Spielen to combine my passions for sport, design, and creativity.
Although the studio is new, I bring two decades of creative experience on high-profile sports and entertainment brands, having worked with the world’s largest companies and agencies (quite literally).
I believe design should be highly conceptual, not painfully trendy, and our commitment is to produce thoughtful work, centred on a big idea.
To celebrate the industry, I showcase notable creative and design-led sports brands in our newsletter and on my YouTube channel. I also teach thousands of students at one of the leading design schools online, Flux Academy.
Home is England’s North West (a global sporting hotspot) where the studio is based. Although we have a small local team, we have always operated on a remote-first basis, working with partners across the world.
